Our Group Training scheme is designed to make the process as seamless and cost-effective as possible, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building and mentoring.
When you become a Host Employer, we remain the legal employer of the apprentice or trainee. We manage the heavy lifting, including:

We handle wages, allowances, workers' compensation, and superannuation.
Flexibility
We place apprentices with you for as long as you need them - whether for a specific project or a long-term duration.
Training Management
We coordinate their off-the-job training and ensure they are meeting their competency milestones.
